Our landscaping experience with Palmetto’s Finest has been exceptional! Planning a new landscape felt like quite the challenge, but the teams were extremely helpful with design guidance and quality feedback. On site, Tyler made sure things always went smoothly and was always available and willing to answer any questions. Our landscape turned out beautifully! We would definitely recommend this business.

If I could give zero stars, I would! All the negative reviews are spot on with what happened to our small community of 10 homes. Lots of assurances at the start and promises of oversight and delivery. We got everything but that - including alleged change orders that we never saw but were billed and couldn’t be substantiated with any supporting documentation. They actually ruined our landscaping and killed our existing plants by pulling them up mid-summer, throwing them in a pile and leaving them that way for 2 weeks before replanting. It cost us over $10,000 to fix what they damaged. Ended up in a lawsuit with these clowns that they were never able to provide any supporting documentation for and even had the audacity to allege we owed them double what they had ever quoted us. Tyler and his team are outstanding. We are enjoying our landscaping that they have created. From his office staff, always keeping us informed to the crew that worked at our home, everyone was so pleasant and extremely helpful. They are prompt in answering questions you may have. We look forward to working with Tyler and his team again.

Palmetto's Finest recently aerated our yard and we could not be more pleased with the results. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very reasonably priced. We have used them in the past and most certainly will again. Highly recommend using them for all your landscape needs.

Backyard landscaping. Irrigation. From Savannah in the Office Tyler’s hands on in the field - great service and communication. Tyler worked and in hand with my bride on choosing specimens and location. Savannah kept us informed on delays. Timing and expectations- a great and rare attribute in the contractor world.
