This company lied about everything associated with servicing a pool. The tried to charge $875 to re-start my pool, After speaking with three other companies, it was clear that the costs should not exceed $300. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR $875 EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED THE SERVICE FROM THEM. The are extremely untrustworthy

I originally had a nice young man cleaning my pool. He unfortunately sold to this company and they had a very good pool guy at first so I didn't mind. Something happened to him and the new guy they "hired" (I assume he's a sub contractor) would only come to my pool and dump 1 yellow chlorine container in it and leave. I brought this up many times over the months and even had to buy my own chemicals to fix the mess he would leave consistently. My kids would have to skim the pool themselves before they could swim. We've been here for 4 years and I know how a pool should be cared for. He NEVER checked the water to balance it. Only vacuumed if it was obviously in need (most of the time). NEVER scrubbed the tiles, NEVER skimmed, only added shock when prompted to and even then not enough

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are the worst I've dealt with. Very unprofessional, they DO NOT answer the phones, no return calls or texts! Don't waste your time and money. They have a 2 star rating for a reason.

Horrible customer service. I called to report that my pool tech came through my gate, parked in my driveway and left 3 minutes later (all on our camera). Never received a call back. After emailing several times, I was told she didn't "feel the need" to call me back because they believe their pool tech who said he cleaned the pool. I asked them if they would like to see the camera footage and was told they didn't need to see it. I now see that they are continuing to charge my credit card even many weeks after I terminated their services. Total fraud.

From the initial call to scheduling and the service itself, Palms Pool Company has been outstanding! They are always prompt and thorough, and my pool has never looked better. The technicians are friendly and professional, and I appreciate their attention to detail. Highly recommend!"
