Palo Duro Heating and Air

I had my air conditioner serviced by them last year and they sent David out. Another company couldn't figure out the wiring, but David got it fixed quickly and also went around and found minor errors he did his best to correct. All while explaining the system to me. At the end I was left with a reasonable bill for an hour of work he did.

Everyone at Palo Duro Air was so nice and had the beat customer service. Cory went above and beyond to help us and even gave us a loaner window unit to try and keep us cool while we waited. He came after hours and stayed until we figured out a solution. I would give 10 stars if i could!

The Gentleman that came out was wonderful! Cory answered all my questions, was very pleasant and great to my dogs. Cory went above and beyond customer service expectations (mine are very high). They were able to come out same day and repair our AC unit. Corey was very professional. He stayed to answer any other questions we had and explained different aspects of our old house and those effects on the heating and air.

We moved to Amarillo this past year, and found a wonderful house that had been well maintained. This past week 100+ temperatures took their toll on our 9 year old A/C condenser, causing the the capacitor to give up the ghost, and some damage to the windings in the motor. We survived the night so I called PD Heating & Air (because their name was on the sticker on the unit) at 9:00 this morning, knowing full well that they were probably backed up with similar calls.
