We previously used Panagakos Asphalt Paving for our driveway when our house was rebuilt, so naturally we reached out to them when we needed repairs after some tree damage. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. When I called for a quote, the receptionist refused to take down my contact information and insisted I leave a voicemail for the estimator instead. When I asked basic questions about their services, she repeatedly responded that she "didn't know the answer" to anything I asked. I eventually left the requested voicemail for the estimator, but despite waiting a reasonable amount of time, no one ever returned my call. This level of unprofessional service is unacceptable. A business should either train their staff to handle basic customer inquiries

Elite asphalt done a horrible job. Asphalt is breaking up after a month of being placed down. What ever u do, do not hire these people. They charged us 9500.00 and will not come back to fix their mistake!!!!!!! I do not recommend. Save ur money, now we have to hire another contractor to remove and replace the correct way!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied customer!!!!!!!!!😡

Great Group of guys that will get out and get the job done. These guys will make sure that if you are getting new asphalt or sealcoating done that it is done correctly. They may not be the cheapest to do the work but you will definetly be happy with the job once they are done.
