The work to replace my siding began May 14. As of August, the punch list was still incomplete. As of September, the punch list was still incomplete. As of October, the punch list was still incomplete. There were literally dozens of phone calls and texts to Panda to get this work complete with no real resolutions offered by Panda. They broke a window, they took my Andersen screen and did not replace, the crew left trash in the bushes, they left the outlets they removed outside unfinished - some disconnected. It was a very stressful few months. Some of these items are still not fixed. The siding did come out nicely, but of the many talented contractors I met with who would do the same, I would not hire this company again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Panda Exteriors for a roof replacement, and I can confidently say they deserve every bit of a five-star review. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The quality of the new roof is outstanding—beautifully installed and clearly built to last. We are very pleased with the process from our initial roof assessment to the installation. Austin and the Panda Exteriors team did everything they said would and left very little for us to do except sign a few documents. Austin was very professional and courteous. After the new roof was installed, Panda’s clean up crew did a great job making sure everything was left as tidy as it was before the installation. Will recommend Panda Exteriors to anyone we know in need of a quality roof.

I highly recommend Panda Exteriors. My roof had wind damage and salesman Austin inspected my roof and helped me file a claim with my home insurance. He took care of all negotiations with them to secure a full roof replacement. I requested gutter guards at a reasonable cost. Soon after a crew arrived and installed the beautiful new roof in one day. Clean up of any debris from old roof was done. Supervisor Wilder arrived to be sure all work was done properly.
