Needed end caps for the corners and he had the distribution center overnight them to me at no additional cost. Absolutely amazing experience all around. He FaceTimed me to show me options from the showroom. Great quality product and very few competitors have 12 foot lengths. Relatively easy to put up. Arcadio was amazing a salesman who knows his product and delivered excellent service both before and after purchase. Perfect experience.
