I had a great experience working with Jennifer and the team at the Tampa location. The showroom and options are awesome. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining the options and pricing and helping procure the materials needed to fit the wall. After picking out the design, delivery was fast and secure and I received my panels in about a week. The quality of the wood panels are very high (real wood and not fiberboard) and also bought the LED light kit. Highly recommend.

I Panel Decor the company 3 stars ONLY because of Amie who heard my frustration and worked tirelessly with the company to get my panels before she leaves as she was worried I wouldn’t get them. Otherwise, I would give this company ONE star for lack of communication, organization and commitment to proving their customers a good experience. If it wasn’t for Amie, I would have cancelled my order! I walked into the Naples Location on the 27th of December and ordered 3 stone Veneer Panels, 2 wood panels and was told by the sales person I should have the product by the end of January. I PREPAID Mind you!! She said the shipment is scheduled to come that week and they will schedule delivery as soon as it comes in… well January came and went NOT one person from the company reached out to confi

I had Panel Decor's decorative wood panels installed at a client's house and they instantly upgraded the space! the cutting and installation was super easy. The delivery was so fast! I actually received them the same day from their local warehouse in Clearwater. Installation time was about 30 minutes for each of the two walls. I LOVE the outcome and would definitely recommend these panels to anyone interested in upgrading their home or office.
