Panhandle Grading & Paving

Not sure if this company has their own flaggers or staffs them out, but three times now in a single day (9/28/2023) I've been in line to come through the repaving project on East Bay Blvd in Navarre and run into oncoming traffic AFTER the flagger waived us through. The latest time through, I was pulling into Dollar General next to the flagger, and as he threw his water bottle (plastic, but still) from the middle of the road towards the parking lot, it struck my car and he and the other flagger woman on duty just laughed. I would use a different staffing agency if so...

"no project is too big or small" Copied from their website under asphalt paving. I called and was told my 100 yd driveway plus pad was too small of a job. If looking for residential work, look elsewhere. They did provide a couple alternative companies and I appreciate that so I gave an extra star.

These guys are awesome. They just live right down the road from us. They gave us a good deal on millings for our driveway. They're great neighbors to have.

I really think yall should be doing the hwy 87 north repaving at night when the roads are less congested, not only do people work along that highway, but its also hard for ems to get to a medical emergency in a hurry
