My heat pump system was much too old to be worth the price of repair. Panhandle gave me a few different options, all with clear estimates well below market averages. The installer was polite and professional. The final price was in line with the original estimate.

We highly recommend this company! They show up on time, Dave is super knowledgeable & their price to install new AC unit was very fair. The installation went smoothly, no mess left behind whatsoever. Office personnel on top of sending paperwork & invoice(s) timely. Will definitely be using them again & will recommend them to friends.

Technician did a great job. Communication was excellent customer service was perfect. I had several problems that were addressed and repaired. My system is about 25 years old and I'll be using this company to replace it in the near future

Great fast service! Came home after work to notice cold air not blowing. We were able to call and get someone out within the hour on a Friday! Kyle was great, very professional and fixed our problem fast! We bought our whole unit from Panhandle Heating and Air and have been nothing but impressed with the service!

I want to thank Casey and the technician he sent out, Kyle for LITERALLY saving me over $12k. They both took the time to explain what something was and what it did and took the time to listen to what I was being told was the issue. A company I have been a customer of for 4 years tried to swindle me; telling me my 9 year old system that they had just serviced and cleaned a few months prior needed to be entirely replaced. That it was more cost effective on the long run than replacing a heating panel they said was dead. They didn't have to send someone same day but they did, to check it out.
