We just completed a complete transformation of our 1923 lake home, the Pantano team could not have been better to work with. We were able to purchase everything our landscape contractor Creative Visions needed , pavers, retaining wall material, stone and awesome landscape lighting. Paid for a delivery of mulch and stone to be delivered Saturday 5/31. Called twice on the morning of the 31st and was told by 2 different employees it’s on the way. Took off from work. Hired laborers No Delivery. No call. No email Nothing.

Purchased a 9 ft christmas tree which had to be taken down due to bugs--called them was told the owner would be in touch no call back--will not recommend this place--the tree was not cheap

Pantano Outdoor Supply has the top customer service. Extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. Bobby took his time and helped us design & pick the most perfect pavers for our yard. Coordinating each paver was a task but he got it done. He has taken care of my entire order and has answered every phone call & concerns we had. Excellence is going the extra mile and that’s exactly what we got from Bobby at Pantano nursery.

Ordered 2 yards of 3/4 red. I was told that I would be notified by the driver ten minutes prior to delivery. No notificatiom. Prior to that I called pantano to get a rough idea when my delivery would be arriving. I was told not before 2 pm. Delivery arrived at 12:30. How about a little courtesy.
