Vic & Rosa did an incredible job getting my home ready to sell. They were also very flexible and accommodated two unexpected schedule changes on my end. They operate with high integrity and total transparency on pricing. Every room they cleaned was left spotless and the house looked brand new when they were done. Vic and his team did an incredible job on my boyfriend's house. He was originally skeptical on the price, but after he saw the finished product he couldn't help but be impressed. Vic and his team did wonders to our kitchen! My husband surprised me and called Paradigm cleaning to help us out. We just moved in and we believe that the previous owner had a dog/s. Also, our house has been sitting for a month or so collecting dust. They cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I would 100% recommend them!! I paid for the full cleaning service upfront and the cleaners broke the glass in the oven. The owner was rude and combative, wouldn't file an insurance claim, even though he advised they had it but wouldn't pay the deductible. Instead he offered $50 for ruining an appliance. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone at all.
