They do a fantastic job, are kind, professional, and go above and beyond to keep our pools and equipment looking and running great. After having another local company that could not keep my pool swimmable, I've been with Paradigm for over two years now. Up until recently, they just did their job well. The pool is always looking good, and I have a challenging large pool with plants and organic matter around. But recently, I've been dealing with a lot of complicated issues related to leaks. To say Justin and Cory and the crew have gone above and beyond is an understatement. Extra chemicals when needed, special stops at the house to check on things, hooking me up with and talking to the leak company. Good people, excellent work. Highly recommended!

Corey and his team have been very professional since day 1. We’ve only been using them a short amount of time but their quality of work has been outstanding. If you want a good local company to service your pool this is the one!
