Repairman on time, friendly but repair only lasted 2 hours. Machine unused but alarm started again. Waiting another week to get another appointment is terrible. Waited a week and no show. He claimes without returning, that cockroaches damaged the dish washer and refused to return. He did not pull the machine out to look at the area where it was installed. Terminex who services my house on a monthly contract, found no sign of any bugs. They looked over the dish washer and the area where it was installed and found no sign of bugs. Whats up with this guy.

This repair was scheduled by my warranty company. There was lots of communication to let me know how my appointment was being scheduled. A web page that I could check to see where I fell in the order of service that day. Larry arrived well within the promise time frame. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I explained everything that had happened with my appliance and with that it was a quick swap of the front touch panel since there was no reason to go further. Everything has worked fine since.

Mr. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He happily answered my questions and performed the repair very quickly. He explained to me how to prevent from potentially having the same issue again. He was very friendly and I am very happy with his service.

The rating i am giving has nothing to do with the technician. He was fabulous. If I could have 0 stars, that'd be it. We scheduled an appointment, the tech came out, and said the part we needed for our washing machine was not readily available, so we would need to wait. Fine. A month later (after me calling a few times to check on progress) I was sent a text saying that the repair would be done on a Monday between 930am and 1230pm. At 1210, after I rushed home to relieve my husband on washer watch, I called to see what the time estimate was now. The person who answered the phone said that the part arrived damaged and they were not coming. No phone call, no email, no nothing. I was NOT HAPPY... I called and asked for a manager, and was told that the only way they have managers

Sem was an excellent appliance technician—very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. He gave me a heads-up before arriving and kept me informed every step of the way. He clearly explained what was wrong with my washing machine and was transparent about the repair process. Although he had to come back a second time to complete the repair after ordering the necessary parts, the experience was smooth and well-organized. I especially appreciated the tracking link that showed the progress of other service requests and provided a live timeframe for when he would arrive. That level of communication made a big difference. Overall, Sem provided great service, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs.
