I highly recommend Tad and Paradise Landscaping! We bought our home in the summer with an unfinished backyard. It was a lot of space covered in weeds when we reached out to Tad to landscape for us. He has such vision and experience that we really felt like we were in good hands. He was flexible with our timing for when we could start and very efficient once we got the ball rolling. He even prioritized our yard so we could have it ready to host for Thanksgiving! He transformed that space into something truly magnificent! I loved his enthusiasm and pride for his work. These guys are great to work with. My experience started with a scheduling hiccup, but they worked hard to correct the issue and it was tip top service the entire way. With the initial phone call they heard what I was interested in and send me photos of similar projects via text message. The first visit on site Stetson showed up with samples and pictures to share. He listed to what I was envisioning, and laid it out in the ground with marker paint. One the initial estimate was received, Stetson was great to help identify areas where we could cut items or decide what we could install at a later date, in order to maintain original budget. Paradise Landscape was great to work with. We first made contact and scheduled our synthetic install early this Spring but with all the rain we got it required a few schedule adjustments. Paradise was good to keep me informed and updated. They have a great work crew who do a great and efficient job! I think you’ll enjoy working with them. UPDATE: 8-Sep-2023 We had a couple of our trees die after the initial planting. Paradise has been great to work with to get them replaced. They were on time and always responded to questions and arrived on the promised day to plant new ones. My experience has been totally positive

In 2023 Paradise Landscape installed artificial turf in our backyard. At the time they did a very good job. The turf has a 15-year warranty. Fast forward two years to 2025 the turf began noticeably degrading (looked like lawn clippings). Paradise Landscape was very responsive, investigating and replacing the defective turf within one week of initially being contacted about the issue. They even used their new and improved installation techniques. Unbeknownst to Paradise Landscape the issue cause was a rare manufacturing quality defect by their turf supplier. Paradise Landscape made good on the warranty.
