Dalon and his team are extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to make sure our pools are well-maintained for our weddings and events. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail make all the difference in keeping our venue running smoothly. We couldn’t ask for a better partner and highly recommend them. The entire team is skilled at their craft.. Eddie’s vision and customer service, Jesse using a backhoe with surgical precision, and the concrete team treating your landscape like it was their own. If you are debating getting a fiberglass pool do not hesitate to call Dalon and start your backyard oasis dream.

Paradise was great through our entire pool build and even better after. Everything happened as they laid out ahead of time and we ran into no major issues. We’re first time pool owners and they’ve been there every time we’ve had a newbie question or run into any issue at all. Tom was great to work with during the build and his support after has been phenomenal.

We started out feeling very confident after meeting with Dalon and Tom. They were friendly, professional, and seemed extremely knowledgeable. After speaking with several pool companies, we chose them based on that first impression. We were originally told the project would begin 2–3 weeks after our February 14th meeting, work didn’t actually start until May 2nd. I understand delays happen but it would have been nice to have an upfront answer instead of being told multiple different dates from different people. From there, communication completely fell apart. Our project manager, Caleb, rarely reached out and we constantly had to reach out for updates. We recently had our pool installed by Paradise Outdoor Living, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The project was completed on time (and even a bit ahead of schedule!), and the quality of work is outstanding. Every member of the crew was respectful, clean, and clearly experienced. They walked us through every step of the process and made sure we were comfortable with all decisions before moving forward. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to making our vision come to life. The final result exceeded our expectations.
