I feel ripped off! I tried to pay with my debit card, but it wouldn't let me. So when I paid with a $20 bill, for the $5 parking fee, it didn't gave me my $15 change.
Parking DOES NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY!!! Paid $5 ticket with $20 and the machine NEVER RETURNED the change NOR PROVIDED CREDIT FOR FUTURE DATES. How come other business returns your change when you paid with higher bills and THIS Parking machine DOES NOT?
Parking is a scam. Does not accept cards and the atm nearby only takes out $20 bills. The parking meter does not give change however. You end up paying $20 for a $4 ticket. Do not park here.
Why do you have to request a receipt BEFORE you pay? Good luck getting anyone to help you. What a joke of a business and an extremely high rate. Steer clear and search for other locations to park.
Stay clear from this place. They are a bunch of crooks. They charged me $30 for 2 hours! Parking attendant switched the ticket I gave her and scanned another one.
