On Thursday, November 27th, at approximately 6:55 PM, we visited Jungle Island for the first time to attend the nighttime event known as Luminosa. Upon entering the parking garage, I immediately observed a large white sign that read "Jungle Island Parking" with an arrow pointing upwards. After obtaining my parking ticket, I proceeded to ascend the ramp, adhering to the directions indicated by the sign. The ramp was exceedingly narrow, poorly lit, and nearly completely dark. I drove my SUV up the ramp, and upon reaching the top, I turned left to continue, only to collide with a metal portable sign that had been placed there alongside several cones. Went to have dinner at maple & ash, my valet Jose Martines was so charming and professional even his manager Ana Maria was helpful and ensured my truck was delivered to me effortlessly.

The entrance/exit ramp is steep. Not good for low riding cars. The roof is low. Not good for big cars, trucks or suv's. The driving lanes and turning areas are tight. Not good for long vehicles. The entrance is shared with another/different parking garage. You need to turn right after entering then go down. I paid $15 during the Arts festival. Attendant was at the entrance the entire time. Felt safe and nothing happened to my car. I would park here again. I recommend it.

Reach out to company, long ago, because you bought new car. ...No return correspondence. Buy another new car, so what's the Point of contacting them. this time, however, messing up the parking permit. Ok, I gotta pay for a new one. ...expected. Ask about a comped parking day. .... you get a stern NOPE. .... jerk. Lady was nice, guy.... NOT SO MUCH. I give 4 stars bc lady was sweet.
