I had to get another company in here to solve the problem with my tankless water heater that could have been solved over 2 yrs ago if Paramount had only contacted tech support like I told them to do! PER TECHNICAL SUPPORT!! One phone call from this other company and problem was fixed!!

I had problem with gas fireplace that wouldn't start. Serviceman arrived on time and immediately got to troubleshooting the problem. He explained what he was doing while moving from part to part. Once he identified the problem - he had necessary part in truck and was able to quickly install the new part. He was very thorough in cleaning up debris as he reassembled the fireplace and offered to clean the window glass - which turned out to be far more dirty than I imagined. Michal is someone who is proud of his work, and ended service call by stating that if there were any other problems to give him a call and he'd take care of them immediately. I wish that all of the other service people I've used in this area were as professional as Michal.

Just had my propane fireplace serviced, by Nathaniel he was very professional, explaining everything from the cleaning, restarting and also verified that I had a blower already installed...Thank you very much I will definitely tell or recommend Paramount Contractors to all

They came to service my gas fireplace. Courteous, pleasant. Confusion at first because my appt. Was with another service and Paramount was taking over….all good!
