He arrived at the time he said he would and provided an update when to expect him, He was very honest with what we could do ourselves and what may need professional service. He was transparent about pricing and was very fair. He took the time to explain the work, what had happened to our garage, and what to look out for in the future. He didn’t try to upsell, and let us know exactly what was needed to be fixed and what to look out for in the future. Very kind, respectful, and professional. Highly recommend Tyler and Paramount!

Tyler did an awesome job. He was very respectful. I was wooried I would be taken advantage of, and that did not happen. Very, very pleased with the work that he did and the price I was charged. Would recommend this company to anyone!!

They were easy to schedule and came out quickly. Another company told me I would need a new opener for about $700, Tyler came out and said I just needed some wires fixed in the box on the wall. I appreciate the honesty because he could’ve easily just had me get a new opener too. Will be scheduling again if/when we decide to replace our door.
