Paramount Garage

Paramount Garage is hands down one of the best parking garages I’ve used. The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to assist when my vehicle wouldn’t start. They responded right away and helped jump start my car, getting me back on the road in no time. It’s not every day you find a parking garage team that goes above and beyond for customers, but they truly did. The service was fast, professional, and friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciate their prompt assistance and great customer service. Highly recommend Paramount Garage to anyone parking there — they genuinely care about the people they serve!

Clean, safe and the staff went above and beyond. They helped me patch a flat tire when I noticed it was flat when I came back to get my car. I must have picked up a nail on the way there and they helped me get my tire off so I could fix it with a flat repair kit and then back on my car. Great guys and I will be back!

A bit funny to leave a review for a parking garage, but I feel compelled to because of the incredible experience my girlfriend and I have received parking here daily the past month. Pros: • Valet Service Only (attached to a hotel) • Cheapest rates: $22/day if you get there by 9:30 • Very safe location, walking distance to Market • Ozzy & staff are extremely professional. Always treated us with respect and kindness. Cons: NONE Literally, this garage and the men working there made my life so much easier working in downtown this past month. Simply pull in, turn off the car, leave the keys, get your ticket, and go about your day. When you return, give your ticket to the desk, pay, and they return with your car in a few minutes. Hands down the safest and most reliable parking garage I’ve ever used. Bright lighting, excellent security, and always clean. I park here constantly and feel completely comfortable every single time.
