Morgan performed our home inspection, and especially as first-time home buyers, he made the process easy to follow. He was very thorough in his inspection, and even called us over to explain general home maintenance tasks like changing the air filters, using the water shut-off valve, etc. He was very friendly and approachable with all the questions we had for him. His report was clear and made it simple for us to understand what we needed to address with our new home. He even helped us to prioritize our repairs, and gave us some contacts for additional specialists he personally worked with on his own home. Would definitely recommend Morgan to other home buyers!

Morgan was great. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry and was at the property early getting ready the day of. During the inspection he was extremely thorough, and was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. He gave his advice and we appreciated his sentiments. I found Morgan on google in our search for a home inspector. He was available for our needed date, then we had to change the date due to the builder and he made the accommodations for us. The report came back detailed and helped us make both a list for the seller and a list for things to keep an eye out for during our future homeowner maintenance. He’s a very honest and straightforward guy and will go above and beyond to address concerns I had from the inspection reports. We had him do the inspection, wood bug, and radon package and I think he provided a great deal to us compared to some other quotes I received and I feel like I still got quality work out of it.
