Homeserve had PHI contact me to deal with a leaking pipe. Giovanni came right on time and did an excellent job replacing a very old pipe. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with Robert from Phi Group! He was very professional and courteous. But the thing that made him outstanding was that he was patient- he took the time to really listen and ask questions to figure out our plumbing issue in bathroom. He is the type of person who likes to investigate and get to the root of the problems instead of just going through the motions and up selling a service. Also the front office was easy to work with, especially Sharon. She got me a next day appointment for a new sump pump. I highly recommend them!

Phi Group works with HomeServe as a plumbing contractor. HomeServe called this company to fix a drainage blockage at my property, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. On the first day, they attempted to open the blockage and not only failed, but also caused sewage water to backflow into my bathtub. The horrible smell filled the entire house, and I had no choice but to book two hotel nights for my tenants because the home became unlivable. This disaster was caused directly by Phi Group’s incompetence. They returned on day two and day three and still failed to resolve the issue. This group works with Home Serve (home warranty). #HomeServe called this company to fix a clogged toilet. We had already been dealing with the issue for 5 days before the technician arrived, so of course the toilet could not be left clogged any longer. When he came, he did not even attempt to clear the clog with a toilet auger or any tool. Instead, he immediately pushed for a full toilet replacement — something not covered under warranty, which would only make him extra money. When I asked him to first clear the clog so we could then evaluate whether the toilet or the flush system had issues, he refused and said, “there is no clogging.” I replied, “If there is no clogging, then why are you suggesting to change the toilet?” He had no clear answer.
