Came home from work Tuesday and A/C wasn't working properly. Lines were iced over at the unit. Stopped by Paris Air Wednesday morning on the way back to work and submitted a service request. Casey called at 11am and met me at my home. Casey completed a thorough diagnostic and concluded the ECM on the blower motor was bad. They ordered a replacement and Thursday morning Casey returned and replaced the part. It is 9:45am and my home is once again cold. I highly recommend Paris Air. They own a walk-in building right down the street. Local people that live here in Paris. Don't trust some stranger on Facebook Marketplace. Pay a few dollars more to have it done right the first time while supporting our local businesses.

Guys came out and did a fantastic job. Coordination was a bit lax and they forgot to put a couple of screws back into my electrical panel, however the job was done well and would recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Paris Air Conditioning. I have relied on this company for years to keep my systems maintained or updated. Josh Brown has always exceeded my expectations leaps and bounds. Thank you guys for being so efficient and fast. Especially in emergency situations. 5 star company for sure!

Called Paris Air and received same day service. Technician Shawn came and provided knowledgeable, professional and friendly service. Recommend this company for air conditioning needs. Five Star.

Ac went out during the night. I emailed and my husband called this morning to get someone out to look at it. I got a call back shortly after they opened but told them we already had someone coming out. Both people we spoke to were very friendly. Within an hour we had a call that Chris was headed out way. Chris called to tell us what was wrong with it and how much it would be to fix it. Shortly after he called to tell us it was fixed. Chris was also able to check to see it we were still under warranty, but we weren’t. Very satisfied with the experience. Will definitely recommend them to others.
