Parish A/C Repair and Heating

Jennifer, Drew, and Courtney did a phenomenal job installing our new HVAC system replacement. They came out initially, gave me an estimate, but on top of that put some freon in our old unit(which was original to the house, had freon leaks and was installed incorrectly) so we wouldn't have to suffer in the heat over the weekend until they could into this Tuesday. I had a tech from a different company just trying to sell a high dollar replacement to me the night before and he refused to put freon in my unit stating it was all or nothing(Tim's A/C). These wonderful people showed up earlier than the time the quoted originally too! The whole time they were so kind and caring, they spent all day in the attic taking care of the install. She came out the same day within an hour and told me my issue, helped me get it working until we can afford to have her come back out to fix the issue, and has extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommend! Will be using her from now on!!

I didn’t think it would have to come to me leaving a negative review, however, I feel it’s imperative to share my experience after having services done in my home. During the air conditioner repair process, damages were done to my house. After the repair was completed, I was guaranteed that someone would follow up to fix the damages. It has now been over five months, and I’ve been given nothing but the runaround. I’ve called numerous times about the issue and was told each time that someone would be sent to my home to make the repairs, yet I’m still waiting. The air conditioner repair itself worked well, but the company’s customer service and professionalism have been extremely disappointing.

Absolutely the best!! Jennifer and her company are absolutely reasonable compared to other companies and quick to do the job! The new hvac system her and her crew put in, is definitely kicking and our house never felt as good as it does now!! Absolutely love how she supports first responders,law enforcement,and military and gives them a discount! If you need someone for your AC, Jennifer and her crew are the go to!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Friendly, quick, explained all my issues that my AC was experiencing and prepared me for what to expect in the future with my unit. Very knowledgably and was able to get to my appointment very quickly. Definitely recommend.
