I have worked many jobs with the owner at Park Avenue Property Solutions. He is my go to contact for all of my commercial/residential needs. He has built outdoor kitchens, painted, performed drywall repairs, performed trim work, electrical repairs and more. He shows up on time and works hard. I appreciate the professionalism he shows, because good contractors are hard to find in the area.

These guys I highly recommend. Very courteous, polite, and professional. They did an excellent job laying the tile in my bathroom and installing the new bath tub. They were dependable, clean, and the job was done quick. They do just about anything and they are affordable. I usually don't do ratings, but this one I had to share.

I hired Park Avenue to finish my mother's new constructuon home. This involved paint, trim, hanging cabinets, putting on door handles, putting in shelves.
