Park Cleaning Co.(Cleaners)

I brought in a velvet Santa jacket. I had removed the fur and asked if they could clean it. The girl said yes but they would have to charge extra. I agreed. When I picked it up the coat was ruined. The velvet is matted and the color is now orange, not red. I didn’t want to pay but they wouldn’t give it to me unless I paid. Terrible business practice!

Hemming which was done poorly. Pant with lining and the lining is hanging longer than the pant and it cost me $45!!!! I heard park cleaners in Rutherford, NJ is excellent.

The tailor Grace she is very nice and honest, lets you know what exactly looks good when you bring in clothes to get hemmed. Cleans suits, ties, and dress shirts well. Had a chocolate stain that didn't come out on my tie and she was able to clean it like new. Best of all her prices are a bargain, $10 for dress pants to be hemmed!

Terrible!! I asked for a men's shirt to be pressed. Was charged 4.75. The people that work there do not know how to work the register, understand what is being asked of them, and need to learn manners. There is nothing more of a turn off then someone coming out of the back with food falling out of his mouth. This is a sad representation of what was once a convenient dry cleaner.

Livid. Asked for pickup on Tuesday Nov 21 and was told that was not possible. Wednesday, Nov 22 pickup. Nothing said about changed hours at time of drop off. Arrived at 5:03 pm when posted hours say 6pm closing. Sign on door "Closing 5pm for holiday". Seriously? Now we are traveling out of town without our formal clothes. Very unacceptable.
