I attempted to call this company numerous times after they installed a water heater that failed. I ended up calling an out of town plumber who informed me it wasn't installed up to code. I would never call Park Falls Plumbing and heating ever again.

I appreciate this company, because of there care and response. They trouble shooted, litterally crawled into the problem and fixed it. They are my heros

Had a plumbing issue with draining in my basement of a recently purchased home. They came out within days to fix the issue. The night before they came out, my boiler started reading an error code. They fixed that as well while here. Very professional and polite, great workers. Would highly recommend. Plumbing issue was caused by roots growing, and they told us a product to purchase to help the issue without having to call again. Will definitely call if another issue ever arises. Thank you, guys.

Reasonable rates, fast and super friendly team to work with. Had a winter plumbing crisis and they got here quickly and saved our basement! They also worked out a payment plan with us.
