Park + Garden Parking (Propark)

On the days this garage actually works as intended it is 4+ stars. But the 2 star rating is due to the inconsistency … While I understand technical issues are bound to occur, I have only been a customer here for a few months and see major issues occurring every few days. This is extremely frustrating, and honestly sad. I’ve been waiting for my car to be sent out for 15 minutes and now it says “ No Data” for the ETA. How can I trust this parking lot to not run me late to work? In the last 15 minutes I’ve been here I have witnessed 3 other monthly customers try and enter a bay with a green arrow, but it is malfunctioning and they have to just leave (as that’s the only available bay right now). Compensate your monthly customers. What is the point in paying a fixed rate if we don’t receive

The Good Stuff Super handy if you live in the building - just park and walk straight in They've got some temp spots by the garage entrance when there's a line, which is nice The Not-So-Good Stuff 1. About 2 in 5 times, you'll run into minor issues getting your car out - system freezes, broken bays, etc. Usually fixed in 15-30 minutes, but a real pain if you're in a morning rush 2. Every couple months there's a MAJOR problem where you can forget about using your car that day. Last time the building lost power for just 3 minutes in the morning, but the system didn't recover until 5pm! Ruined our whole Saturday plans. 3. Customer support is basically non-existent. They give you a number to text, but you'll be standing there fuming for at least 10 minutes before anyone bothers to respond E

I would do no stars if I could because this place sucks. There are constantly issues where you have to wait hours to park your car and they have the absolute WORST customer service. If it was cheap I could handle it but for 360$ a month DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I would give this review zero stars if I could. I have been waiting for my car for an hour and a half now. They claim one floor has a power failure, but I have seen cars come in and I’ve seen cars come out. You call the number and they refer you to the operations manager, Raj, and then you call Raj and after leaving three or four voicemails, he returns the call and tells you that he does not operate this garage. I don’t know why they’re giving you that information. Then you finally get a hold of the technician who supposedly trying to fix the problem, and he also gives you Raj’s information. As I write this, I am still waiting for my car, this is absolutely the worst run garage I have ever seen

My car has been stuck for over an hour at this point. I keep being told they are waiting for a technician by the operator of the help line. When they were unhelpful and uninformative and I asked to speak to the manager I was informed they “don’t have a manager”. Several people came in and out during this time saying this is a frequent occurrence. Not worth the risk to park here.
