Never have an issue finding a space, but the spaces are very narrow, and large trucks and SUVs park where they shouldn't making it more treacherous. Proceed in this garage slowly and take your time to find a spot appropriate for your car; compact car spots are not meant for all. Level 2 fee based electric vehicle charging stations available on the exit side of the garage on level 1.

They have a cheaper monthly business plan than most of the surrounding garages for downtown residents. Not sure about their daily fees but I believe it was equivalent or less than the daily fees of other garages also. I never had a problem finding a parking spot and the staff at the front gate were really friendly in helping me set up the plan and cancel the plan. My deposit was also returned in full upon cancellation.

This garage uses a transponder that is mounted in your car instead of a card or key fob, this is the best implementation of monthly parking I've seen in the area. You don't have to roll down your window to get in and out, making the process a lot easier. The parking spaces in this garage are not standard size, they're very narrow. If you have a truck or SUV, you'll have to be picky where you park. On more than one occasion, I was not able to get into my car and had to climb through the back.
