Park N Jet O'Hare Airport Parking

Very disappointing experience with the airport shuttle from this company. I was traveling on an international flight departing from Terminal 5. The shuttle made its usual stops at Terminals 1 and 2, and when we arrived at Terminal 3, the driver stated he would not continue to Terminal 5 because it was “almost five minutes away” and he had another pickup scheduled. I was told to get off and take the airport train instead. This was unexpected and unprofessional, especially since Terminal 5 is part of the standard airport route. As a paying guest, I expected to be dropped off at the correct terminal.

Parked here this past week while we flied out of O'hare. My family & i have used this parking service a few times now & it is always a pleasant, hassle free process. The shuttle pickups & drops off in a timely manner, pricing is reasonable, staff are friendly. Parking is not covered but it is gated and 24/7. Pickup instructions are fairly easy also! We did discover today that they have an awards card, which we didn't know the last 2 times we used them.

Family owned and operated. Great feeling to know that you aren't just a number in the big corporate giant owned businesses. You might, on any given day, have the pleasure of meeting the owner on the shuttle to or from the airport. He's the driver sometimes when duty calls. Great people. 100% recommend.

I have my ticket for 129$ and they charged me 150$+ i showed this to the guy taking payments and said he had nothing to do with it, and could not help. Definitely won’t be using this place again.

We parked, got shuttle to airport, came home had a short wait and shuttle back to the lot. Staff was friendly. I docked a star because when scheduling online it didn’t take into consideration time of day for drop off and pick up and the cost was higher than quoted with reservation. They told me it was an “estimate” but I didn’t see anything warning me it was an estimate and actual price may vary. I would still use them again in the future. I had no issues with car (damage, stealing stuff, etc)!
