Parking is 2 dollars and they accept debit/credit cards.

Cost effective at $2/day but the system is TERRIBLE. You pull right in, no ticket & there’s large sign saying cashless so we thought we just paid attendant when we left. All other signs are hidden, like tips of poles or around the corner from the exit…but apparently you need to pay at the box or download the app. So we had to back out of line, go pay then get back in line. Again not the worst since it was nice outside but if they just allowed the attendant to take cards or had proper signage it would solve everything! He also was RUDE! He said he “changes a lot of diapers every night”. If 3 out of 4 cars have the same issue…the system is the problem not the people! Oh & we live in Chicago, so we are very used to looking for parking signs

The gate would not work, and several of us got stuck behind the gate sitting in the hot sun in a long line waiting to get out. Several of us were charged for an extra hour even though it was not our faults. The parking attendant was nice and apologetic, but it's not her place to take the blame for the company which does not allow for a discounted rate following an incident on their end. We should NOT have been charged for that extra hour. PERIOD.

Currently parking monthly here. Great parking garage overall, very little issues. Only recommendation would be removing ice from stair wells leading to the top floor. Took a couple of falls over the past week. Other than that, great place to park at reasonable prices.

The facility is nice, but it's a total cluster entering and especially exiting. The operator was doing what could be done using g their current system, but it needs to flow better. I waited 30+ minutes to exit
