PARK One Public Parking

I feel like this are very overpriced the first one I stopped at downtown was 25$ and I found one a little more down the street for $15 that’s not including the $1.60 I believe service charge smh what is wrong with the world it’s a parking spot I’m so over how greedy the world can be, always trying to get over on someone what happened to fair prices these days anyways enough of that but I had to say it imagine that whole parking lot how much money they make each and every single day smh

Great place if you want to park for the day. It was $8 on a Friday for 12 hours. I would not recommend for short term as there was no option for less than the Max time. There is a little shanty town/ homeless camp next to the lot but they didn't seem to bother anyone parked there.

Convenient and inexpensive. The START Center address is 4338 Medical Drive, but it faces Ewing Halsell! Very confusing and hard to find the first time!

Be careful when you park here. We got a flat tire the last time we parked. If you need to park less than 12 hours, you’d better look for somewhere else to park because they charge minimal $12 for 12 hours parking.

Scam. Only needed to park for an hour on Saturday. ALL signs said $5, but QR FORCED to use the ONLY option for 10 hrs, with tax it was almost $18!
