Park Place Airport Parking CLE

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Airport Fast Park Park Place location this morning. I arrived around 6:30 AM, and from the moment I pulled in, Michael S. provided some of the best service I’ve ever encountered in airport parking. I was driving my husband’s large GMC Sierra, which I don’t love maneuvering, and I had pulled into a space a bit crooked. Michael noticed immediately — not to criticize, but to help. He got out of the shuttle without hesitation, warmly reassured me it was no big deal, and guided me into the spot with patience, confidence, and total professionalism. He made me feel comfortable and safe, not embarrassed. From there, he took my bag, welcomed me aboard, and treated every single passenger with the same level of kindness and respect. I love this place. The shuttle is there quickly. & Returning is easy. Shuttle runs frequently. I was gone a wk with temps below 0 most days..my car would not start. I have AAA but this garage was 2 hrs faster to give me a jump. I was very thankful cause it was midnight & I am 71 yrs old. I was alone. Thank you so much

I have parked here for years. I really don't know why anyone would park anywhere else. You drive in, they tell you which row to park in, and the shuttle driver comes right to your car. When you get back, there is usually a shuttle already waiting in the shuttle place. It's all fast as lightning. They have air for your tires if necessary if one of your tires gets low. It's what I consider a reasonable cost as well and they offer a AAA discount, which helps. Your vehicle is safe. No funny business. Nothing in this life is free. If you are trying to pinch pennies on parking, think again. When you've had a long flight and you just want to get home, it's the best feeling in the world to be whisked back to your car at lightning speed. Drivers are quick to help with bags and with explaining the system to newcomers. The people in the booths are patient, helpful and friendly. The driver on my return to Cleveland even scraped off the snow from my car that had accumulated while I was gone. Great service!

Love this place! I travel a lot for work and having a reliable friendly place is wonderful! The shuttle is fast- right to my car and then right to the doors of the airport! The drivers are always nice and helpful.
