Park Place Garage Remodeling

Worst experience with a contractor ever - and we’ve had many experiences. Park Place installed a floor and a few cabinets adequately. However, there is a significant and dangerous issue with one of their employees that was strongly recommended and referred to use do the painting. It has now resulted in us leaving items outside for longer, probably more than week after it was only going to be a few days - more opportunity for damage to our items. 1. He told us the quote from Park Place was not right after too low of course. 2. Very demanding for payment, just Venmo or cash, no checks - a little weird? He demanded full payment prior to completing work. 3. Horrible work - paint splatter on or new floor (that he installed as an employee of park place), terrible attention to detail. A)

I would recommend Park Place garage. They just installed overhead storage racks.. David gave me estimate very thourogh. Frankie installed racks excellent workmanship installer. Both extremely friendly n polite n professional . Love the extra room with overhead racks hung.!!

This is a review I am very pleased to post. Park Place exhibited professionalism, courtesy and skill in every aspect of the job. They arrived right on time and were very helpful and courteous all day. They explained their plan and they never slowed down the entire day. We are extremely pleased with all of our dealings, especially the end result. What a fantastic job! I have no problem and would consider it a privilege to recommend Park Place Garage to anyone including my family and friends. We used Park Place to put in a new garage floor last Thursday and they did not disappoint. They arrived on time, worked quickly and did an EXCELLENT job. The guys were so professional and polite. At every step of the process they kept the entire garage so clean…it was amazing! We love our new floor so much! We would highly recommend this company to do your floors…their pricing was also really good too!

Mike was our salesman and Dale with his team did the work. Great communication from Mike and Dale and his team were on time and did a great job. A little advice, make sure to rent a trailer or uhaul to store everything in. Letting these guys come in and get right to work without having to move stuff for you, is the key to getting the top notch service these guys can provide. Started 9am on day one, had cabinets installed, and had floor finished with the moisture barrier protection by 1pm on day two. I definitely recommend this company.
