Park Simple

Park Simple operation at Azure is terrible. Gate malfunctions, incorrect charges and no one on call after weekday hours to handle problems. No wonder their reviews are so bad here!

I didn't realize I had a standard for parking garages until I used this one. The turns are too tight, the concrete is cracking everywhere, the payment terminal only barely works, worst of all there is no pedestrian stair access you have to use the ramps for cars and risk getting hit since there isn't enough room for both cars and pedestrians. I use this parking garage only because it is the only one close enough to my job to walk that is also under $10 but will never recommend this to people for any reason other than low cost.
