Park Simple LLC

Park Simple is predatory and a disgusting company. I paid for parking in good faith for the first two hours and overstayed slightly, only to be hit with a $104 charge. Charging that amount for a short overstay when payment was already made is completely disproportionate and unreasonable. What’s worse is that this is a private parking company, yet they escalated the situation by reporting it in a way that affected a family member’s credit. This was an aggressive and unnecessary tactic used to pressure payment rather than resolve the issue fairly.. Disgusting company.

I overstayed my paid time at the 77 12th Street deck (Atlanta, Georgia) by 12 minutes while my appointment ran late. I was sent a $94 bill. The service hired by Park Simple LLC was unwilling to provide the information I requested regarding the charge. Through another source, I was directed to contact Park Simple LLC to obtain a receipt for the parking time for which I paid. Park Simple LLC did not return three calls made over nearly two weeks.

Parked at 77 12th Street (Atlanta) for 45th Anniversary. Paid initial hour and charged $11.00. Saw I needed another hour so I used their link to extend an hour and authorized the total payment of $20.00 after several attempts I received notice I had an additional hour but wasn't charged the $20.00 only the $11.00 appeared on my credit card account. I waited to see if it would appear. Instead, I received a notice of Non-compliance at a charge of $104.00. They never attempted to bill according to my credit card company. I owe them $9.00 which I am willing to pay but no more.

The Park Simple lot on Third Street between Peachtree and Juniper is nothing but a mess. It is one of the parking lots for the Broadway Series at the Fox Theatre. The last time my friends and I parked there, it took us about 45 minutes ot get out of the parking lot, and for most of that time, the cars did not move ONE INCH, because apparently after they collect the money and parking tickets, the lot becomes unattended and there was no one on duty to assist cars in exiting. People were not told upon entering that they would need to insert the ticket they were handed in order to exit. The cars sat ... and sat ... and sat. No one was there to help. And we sat. Tonight when I entered the lot to attend another Broadway series show, I mentioned the nightmare last time to the parking attenda

Atrocious. Ruined my date night. Website never took either my nor my date’s cards, we initially thought it was ParkMobile, and at this point it has taken so much time that the kitchen closed. And ParkMobile has our money because they know how to take a credit card.
