We just finished remodeling our bathroom, from the original 1962 tile to exactly what we envisioned. Park Supply was recommended by our builder, and my wife and I worked with Terri throughout the process. Terri was incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us choose the right Delta series and matched every component perfectly. She guided us through selecting the tub and was always available to answer questions. We ended up purchasing all of our plumbing fixtures through her, and it was a huge stress relief walking out knowing we had made such solid progress on our remodel. Looking back, we wouldn’t change a thing.

Mr. Scott Lang is an exceptional service provider. He has visited our newly built house on a number of occasions to address several issues with our tankless water heater. His attention to details and knowledge about the product is extremely commendable. In fact he has gone over and beyond to take care of issues such as defective plumbing and excess vibrations- these were definitely not his responsibility. He has never failed an appointment and has always accommodated our schedule. Due to repeated issues with our water heater he took it upon himself to have our warranty extended by several years. I worked with Leslie at the Huntsville location. I have remodeled and built in the past and working with Leslie on this project was by far the easiest. Not only did she take time to listen to my needs, she also made solid workable suggestions. Thank you Leslie for the extra effort and providing a picture book for my plumber. We have used Park Supply for a variety of fixtures for two houses. We have always been very satisfied. There is an excellent selection of fixtures including sink, bathroom faucets and showers. There is a wide selection of bathtubs as well. The sales personnel we have worked with were always knowledgeable about available products, they were helpful and friendly and worked with us to make sure we picked out the items that were the most desirable for the interior items we were seeking. We found Park Supply to be the best source for these types of items.
