Park Whiz - Bellevue

I purchased parking for the wrong showing a couple of weeks ago. Immediately realizing I'd messed up, I applied for a refund within MINUTES. Their site and app make it out that is so simple to apply for a refund. It is anything but simple to find. They claim you'll be refunded within 3-5 business days. That was two weeks ago and all I've gotten is an auto-email that their team is on it. Poor customer service (no live person you can actually talk to), sketchy app/website and no way to guarantee parking. DON'T put any faith in Parkwhiz. Update: Spoke with live chat agent 12/11/25. They refuse to give a refund saying "the parking facility is holding a space for me". This event occurred 3 weeks ago. Now I'm forced into legal action against them. This company should not be trusted.

This is a predatory company. Do not park in their garages. They do not send any notifications that your time is running out, like other parking app companies do, and then they make it impossible to pay on the app if your are 3 minutes late. Then they charge you ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS because you were three minutes late and they intentionally have no mechanism to try to pay for the 3 minutes you were late. This is a BAD company!!!!

This place is a money grab. 28 dollars an hour to park your car. Was out shopping for 3 hours, cost me nearly 90 dollars. Someone needs to shut these people down.

They take your money and don't deliver the reserved tickets. A complete rip-off.
