Tracy and his associate did a great job replacing kitchen and closet handles. Because the handles were from China, we had trouble with the screws for all the drawers, but they made it work. Much appreciated.

We developed a leak in an upstairs shower that was leaking into our kitchen downstairs. Tracy came over and thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the problem. I was blown away at his knowledge, experience, and willingness to spend the time to really dig into and investigate the problem. Second, Tracy and Carlos removed an old dog door we had. They did great work perfectly matching both the exterior siding and interior texture. The entire job took them just a few hours and they started and finished the same day. They even went so far as to repair and repaint a crack in nearby window edging. Tracy is the kind of guy you want to find for work like this. He is very straightforward, knowledgable and honest. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for help working on your home.

Tracy is the best! I recently needed some major deck repairs and had been quoted by another company $45,000. $45,000 was out of the question, so I started looking around for a second opinion. Thank God someone in a FB group had mentioned Parker Handyman, so I called. Tracy came out and told me that could use most of the material from my existing deck and could fix it for $17,000. (It’s a double-decker deck that was in need of a lot of work!) Tracy and his crew were outstanding! My deck looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did! After having such a great experience for the deck project, I asked him to come fix a window that was leaking. I've had Tracy work on a number of projects around my house over the years. He has vast knowledge of many types of repairs and installs and always does an excellent job. His prices are very fair and doesn't try to rip you off. Highly recommend.
