David and Alex installed a new GREE heat pump for us when our former system failed. They responded in a timely way, did professional work, went beyond the call of duty in the installation. David has been out twice in the last 6 months to help us. He is who installed the system in my new home when it was built and was happy to come back and take a look at it for us over the summer. He was able to give me a solution to the problem within about 5 minutes as well as warning me to potential issues in the future due to another companies actions ("Call Dad" had been out twice-two different technicians- and didn't catch that my coils needed cleaned. They were trying to make me buy a whole new HVAC system and overcharged the refrigerant.) He came back out today and was in and out in a jiffy and had my thermostat replaced and working on no time.
