Frustrating experience. I submitted an online inquiry listing all the large items I needed hauled away - two loveseats, an oversized chair, a metal stand-up desk, and a disassembled cubicle. I also mentioned “misc items” to simplify things, though I later provided more detail via text. I received an estimate and explained it was a bit higher than I hoped. I was told the final price could be lower depending on the weight of the desk. A few days later, I scheduled the pickup and let them know I had already gotten rid of the desk - hoping this would help stay within the original estimate.
