I would like to thank the staff of Parker Oil for their exemplary service! We have been a customer since 2014 and have always found everyone, from the customer service reps to the delivery drivers to be kind, caring and accommodating. It is refreshing to find a company who works hard to be responsive to their customers needs, even when customers may have been remiss on performing their due diligence in checking tank levels! So, for doing your best to insure that our needs are met, we would like to say thank you for all you do!

We have used Parker Oil since 2018 and they are very customer service focused with quality professionalism. They also help with minor concerns with gas appliances, but the staff we have dealt with has been mixed, as to their expertise in repairs. I woul still recommend them.

My 80 year old parents have been waiting over a week and “promised “ every day for delivery during these terribly cold snow days. They are very close to being without heat or a cooking stove. Parker keeps on breaking their promises. It’s the start of a new day. Let see if they break it again today! Parker oil sucks and so does their arrogant driver.

My place of business started using Parker Oil about 5 years ago. Since then I have swapped all of my personal business to them as well. Their staff is always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We are fortunate to have a such a great local business run by great local people. Alan Lenhart and his staff do an amazing job!

Today I discovered a leak in my propane line. I called Parker Oil and they came out and fixed it within a couple of hours. They were kind and professional. Thank you Parker Oil. I appreciate your help!
