Called with 15 percent left in tank. New to area. They were right out within two days to fill it! Thankfully, right before the temps dropped drastically. Our new logs and service install was superior!

I waited until the Friday before the upcoming snow and ice storm predicted for the weekend and realized our tank was at 5%. I called to get it refilled expecting the next week because of the 3-5 business days. Parker showed up 4 hours later and saved our butts with the snow ice and I'm sure power outages coming! Incredible customer service and I couldn't be happier we chose Parker to fill out propane tank!

Everytime I call to the office I have a GREAT experience. Love talking to Linda and this morning I spoke to someone new, and Elizabeth was just as friendly. They are always there to help. We just bought a home with a propane tank on it, was told it came with property. While we weren't home they came and took tank with no notice, no phone call, nothing. We have private property signs up and they cut lock to get into our back yard.

I have used them since moving here five years ago. Always professional and timely service.
