Excellent company. Mike is so professional, kind and he really knows what he is talking about. Explained the process to us. Explained to us the roof condition with clear pictures. Showed us the different shingles if we desired to go with a new roof or explained about repairing the old roof. We decided to go with a new roof and could not be happier. The roof looks amazing. The crew came early in the morning and finished the roof before evening. Beautiful, beautiful. We decided to add gutter covers too. All is absolutely beautiful. A work of art. Michelle quickly sent us estimates and then the invoices. . All was professional , smooth and amazing. We even got a discount based on being a little older. Wonderful company, wonderful people . I would highly recommend.

Parker installed a new roof on our house right before we purchased it in 2020. After we moved in, have had 4 years of leaks, and while Parker has come out to investigate, they consistently blame others for the leaks and have not yet provided resolution. During the last visit, they came out to replace a couple sections of the roof to see if they could find any resolution. At that time the promised to provide an update on what they did. They have not responded to our calls and messages in weeks. We have had to personally try to investigate the issues and are still left with a leaking roof, 4 years later. Both customer service and quality of work appear to be of major concern when working with this team.

I highly recommend Parker Roofing. The attention to detail and customer service are ton notch! Competitive pricing, excellent communication, and no pushy sales tactics. The owner, Mike, came out to give us our estimate. He was professional, personable, and trustworthy. The crew was professional and respectful of our property. They did an excellent job. We have a dog, and I was worried about debris(nails) in the yard, they made sure the yard was cleaned up before they left. We are very happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

Look no further. We thought we needed a new roof (we are new home owners) and the owner of Parker Roofing came out very promptly and gave us some great news! We have a few years left on our current roof. My wife & I were so impressed by this guy that we won't hesitate calling him back when the time comes.
