David Spicer does exceptional work! He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what he does. The quality of his work is outstanding, and he pays close attention to detail. One thing I really appreciate is how respectful he is of the space he’s working in—he always leaves everything exactly as he found it, if not cleaner. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and professional. I would absolutely recommend David to anyone looking for high-quality work and a great experience overall.

Don Rogers and his team were amazing. The work was top notch. I highly recommend them. I am grateful to USAA for recommending them. The renovations were completed in a highly professional manner and I was kept informed about the progress as it went along. I cannot say enough about them but you will not have any problems working with them. They are the BEST and Don Rogers is absolutely the BEST!!!!!!

We recently had a small fire in our Primary Bedroom. There was smoke and soot throughout the bedroom, bathroom and closet, including on all of our clothes. PYC was at my house within an hour or so after I called them and once they were finished, no one would have known we ever had an issue. They were prompt, efficient and professional.

Parker Young rebuilt the condo I bought for my mom, after the entire building burned, 16 units. I lived in Phoenix, unfortunately not able to do a walk through after rebuilding. Wish I could have. Returned 7 years later to care for mom and omg!! The things I didn’t notice when I would visit but notice now that I live here: Crooked doorways/frames, flooring cut incorrectly, light switches installed upside down, cracked tiles in bathroom, crooked kitchen cabinets, incomplete painting, spacing between windows, and on and on. TAKEAWAY: if you use this company, watch closely! I have pics posted under the photos tab above.

Parker Young Restoration was great with handling the issues we had after a vehicle was driven into the front of a townhome...they did all the necessary exterior repairs and it looked wonderful!
