Great folks, quality products. I've been here twice, both times they were the hero. ***They will NOT sell you what you don't need*** 1st visit, I needed a product I could only find there. They offered several work arounds until we all realized a purchase was necessary. 2nd visit, they exhausted their options and sent me to a store that DID have my fix. Honesty, integrity while being knowledgeable in their products AND line of business, you'll win if you make them a teammate!!

Absolutely the best plumbing store around!! We worked with Jeremy for our bathroom remodel. He was very helpful and made the process easier. When we picked everything up, there were several guys who came to help. Our shower and vanity we ordered are great products at very good prices!!! We love everything about Parkersburg Plumbing!!!!

Good volume of parts and knowledgeable employees.

Called in twice for parts. Called the first time they didn't have the part. Called second time they said they had it so I went to go get part. They swore up and down that it was the right one. Went to pick it up and it was wrong and once again they were out of stock. So we drove to south side lowes. They had everything we needed to complete our job

The guys here are very knowledgeable, eager to help and covered all the bases to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I'd highly recommend them.
