Make sure you take screenshots before your payment that you inserted the correct plate ! We paid 20+$ for two hours and we returned 2 mins before the end of the time . We found the sticker on the handle and the boot strap on our tire. They told us that we had a wrong plate when we paid . The receipt doesn’t have the plate . We asked them to give us a proof of our wrong but they didn’t provide us with any. He put our plate in his system to show us that it’s not in but that makes sense because our time had expired by that time and used another car as an example . Don’t fall for that . After 30 mins they removed the boot strap and we left . Make sure you take screenshots before your payments!!!

It's likely a scam. I paid to park in the garage, waited to complete my transaction before leaving the garage as instructed, and came back to find a boot on my car at the end of the night. Parking receipt stamped 8:53pm, the parking ticket showed 8:54pm. The attendant is one of the rudest humans I've ever encountered and NO ONE can provide an explanation as to why a paying patron had their vehicle immobilized. The best the dispatcher could offer was "an Internet delay and we can't control the Internet." If this is a known issue, then something needs to happen procedurally to account for said delay so that someone who has committed no wrong isn't left waiting for an hour and a half at the end of the night before they can go home.

Parked here once, never again. Paid upfront, came back 20 mins before time was up and my car had a boot on it. Took the guy 40 mins to come take it off and even after showing the receipt, argued with me for another 5 minutes before finally getting his boss on the phone and removing the boot. They did eventually refund the whole fee but the hassle wasn’t worth it.

Scammers. Booted the car and took it off after I showed proof of payment. They scammed another vehicle in the lot (getting paid in cash) before he got to us. The Silicon Labs 400 Garage.

Would give ZERO if possible. We parked here, paid for an hour of parking. It expired at 7:58, we came out to car just a couple minutes later and we had a boot on our car that says they booted it at 7:58! There was no one in sight. It took them 30 minutes to arrive to release it. They said they booted us because they had no record we'd paid at all even though we showed them the pending charge AND the text message that said when the time was expiring. Roy Garcia claimed they didn't even have amounts for that price (which later we were able to recreate to prove to ourselves at least that he's a liar) and so we were stuck and had to pay $130!
