While I haven’t hired the company directly yet, I can say without hesitation that Victoria is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely passionate about her business. She communicates clearly, follows through, and takes a lot of pride in taking care of people. They did a fantastic job redoing my concrete driveway! Eric, the foreman, was kind, accommodating, and made sure everything was done just the way I wanted. The crew worked hard, kept the area clean, and the finished driveway looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

I hate to make this review but I feel it is necessary. I did not have work done by PAM, but I can say with experience they do not take proper precautions and do not have the attention to detail others have claimed. On October 24th I parked my car downtown on a busy street, paid my meter for the day and went to a class I had in the area. I returned to my car at 630 pm covered in concrete dust as well as splatters from the concrete. This residue will not wash off and will need to be professionally cleaned. Parking area maintenance has taken no accountability for the situation and has been impossible to get ahold of. They did outstanding concrete work for our property. Sidewalks and flatwork were done correctly, clean edges, and no issues after completion. Would absolutely use them again.
