Do NOT park here. They are crooks!! I had an omakase dinner next door in Okane restaurant and stayed 2hrs only. They should have charged me $12 but they charged me the daily max of $25 + tax instead. What really pisses me off is that they claim that their whole system is automated. When you get in, the machine does not give you a ticket, it just asks you to insert your credit card, and on the way out the gate opens based on your car's plate number, so no need to present your card again, but with this "automation" you don't really get any proof for the time that you came it or when you left, which is problematic if the system makes an error since you won't have any proof in hand and will have to depend on their camera recording if they are willing to investigate, which they don't. Was bad before, keeps getting worse somehow! Ever since they switched to an “automated system”, it’s a complete gamble of whether you’ll be able to get in or out. As a resident of the apartment complex here, I come in and out many times a day. It’s very typical to see vehicle owners stopped at the gate due to malfunctions in their system. Doesn’t seem like the company’s interested in improving the system either, as long as they keep making money. Not worth the hassle, and definitely not worth the money!

One of their valets just attempted to scam us out of $50. I prepaid $20.00 online for a reserve parking spot. There were open spots, so we tried to park in a spot but the valet came over and told us to park in the front of the garage. We showed him our receipt that we paid and he said we were fine. We went to the game and came back to get our car, but the valet ran up to my brother and took his keys from his hand. He told us we were parked illegally (even though this was where he told us to park) and had to pay him $50. We called him a scammer and my 62 year old father attempted to grab my brother's keys back. The valet claimed he was assaulted and pretended like he was going to call the cops. He continued to threaten us saying "you'd better watch out because you were drinking"

I suggest you avoid parking here. I used this place several times a month for about a year, to the point of many of the attendants being familiar with me. I always pre-paid online, and though the idea of booking and paying online should save you time, it actually causes more problems. They require that all people who pay online chase down one of the attendants, tell them you paid online, show them your phone receipt, and they disappear for 5 minutes while write down a bunch of numbers in a book and validate the ticket. While this is time consuming and annoying, I put up with it because it was the closest parking place to my office. Parking Concepts Inc. is a greedy, unhelpful company. I was a resident in the units above the parking garage on Townsend between 7th and 8th, which is managed by Parking Concepts Inc. I am charged $105 a month to park my motorcycle in their garage. It's $100, plus a $5 fee for auto-pay. That's an extra $5 a month to be able to automatically give them money. I misplaced the key card for entrance, and asked PCI to charge me the replacement fee and issue me a new card. After a couple non-responses from emails and a couple un-returned phone calls, they refused to do help me. Even though this action is in the Terms and Conditions, they informed me that I needed to go through the property management since I was a resident. This was not true because PCI gave me this parking contract directly. T
