Parking

I used Spothero to book a space here and on a holiday weekend found it easy, clean and convenient. I didn’t test the in and out feature but my QR code scanned no problem for secured walking entry and the vehicle gate. I abhor parking in most cities so I’m leaving the review because of how pleasantly surprised I was with the experience. Was nice to drive out into snow with a clean, warm car as well.

Absolute thieves. Giant signs advertise a low rate, but dare to show up a couple minutes before what they say is beginning of a day (hint, it's apparently not midnight) and they charge you for 2 days. Sign out front said $7, machine charged me $14. I parked for slightly over 9 hours. When I hit the call button the guy wouldn't or couldn't help. Solution is to pay full price up front and then dispute it later. Totally at their mercy and their decision. Won't park here again.

Do not damage your ticket! The system couldn’t read it with a tear and my only choice was to pay $30 for a “lost ticket.” There’s no customer service from the kiosk and their phone number is disconnected. Weapons merchants are more ethical than this company.

It's not a bad parking spot if you're there early enough. However, if you are parked in the evenings and trying to get back in, it is frustrating. The front desk was empty, and the directory to call the front desk didn't work. We were lucky that a resident let us in. We had also reserved via SpotHero, and the instructions were to hit the call button to confirm the reservation. We sat there for 5 mins to no one answering, and ended up paying for a new ticket on top of out prepaid reservation. Apparently there is another entrance for the garage on a different street, but it isn't very well displayed.

The parking garage was a terrifying experience. The smells, the completely indistinguishable grayness of all of it, and the tandem parking that could leave you trapped was honestly the prime example of the 2* experience. I felt my individuality leave my soul
